At Allens Boots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure that boots are only tried on on carpeted surfaces to prevent scuffing the soles, as damaged items cannot be accepted.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn boots back in their original branded box and secure them inside a separate shipping carton to protect the leather and craftsmanship.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
